Cartoon Ads from the Past
I’ve included vintage cartoon ads that were popular back over a half century ago which many younger people have never seen. Nowadays I don’t think you’ll find many such ads. However I could be wrong about cartoon ads because I haven’t read a comic book in dozens of years, except these old ones in my research.
Replayed from a 1940s era comic
EverReady ads seem to have been running forever. The above Eveready battery ad appeared in 1948. Actually the battery is still selling today and looks almost the same as it did back in the day this ad was running.
Energizer Holdings
Energizer Holdings is an American manufacturer of batteries and personal care products. Its most well known brands are Energizer and Eveready batteries, Schick, Wilkinson Sword and Edge shaving products, Playtex feminine hygiene and baby products, and Hawaiian Tropic and Banana Boat sunscreen products.
