Replayed from a 1952 Charles Atlas ad

CAUTION – this is a 1950s Ad…Do Not Respond to it!

Charles Atlas

Charles Atlas in Physical Culture Magazine (October 1921)

Here is another ad I remember seeing back in the 50s when I was still young. I was skinny, but I didn’t think I was exactly a weakling. Anyway I never responded to any of his ads, but I am sure a lot of others did.

The company ran a lot of these types of “Hey Skinney” ads in all sorts of magazines for many years so I would imagine they were very successful in selling their products.

I wonder if anyone reading this has ever responded to one of Charles Atlas’ ads? Charles Atlas still lives on through his products and programs. Jeffrey C. Hogue is the current president of Charles Atlas, Ltd.
