Replayed from a 1950s ad
CAUTION – this is a 1950s Ad…Do Not Respond to it!
Art for $1 – that was truly amazing, if true, even in the fifties when this ad was made. Back then I painted and would laugh if someone offered me a measly $1.00 for my paintings.
Of course these pictures are not the original, but are prints. So maybe $1 was not totally out of the realm of possibility since everything back in those days were so much cheaper than today’s prices.
